Do I need to know AI or prompts?

No. Picnjoy includes ready-made themes and a visual setup flow. If you want, you can also describe a scene and AI handles the rest.

Do guests need to install an app?

No. Everything runs in the phone browser: scan the QR Code (or open the link) and the experience starts.

Is the selfie stored?

No. The guest's selfie is discarded right after generation and is never left accessible. Picnjoy prioritizes user safety and does not allow generating new images without the person's consent.

Can I use it without a subscription?

Yes. Without a subscription you can create and manage campaigns, with limits on active campaigns and themes. On Pro, you get monthly credits and unlock the rest. In both cases, generations consume credit packs.

How do I control the cost of the event?

You buy credits and set a per-guest budget on the campaign. Each generation spends credits, with no surprise bill.

Can I limit who participates?

Yes. Campaigns can be public (anyone with the link) or restricted to a private email list, ideal for private events.

What if someone generates something inappropriate?

The host sets the theme and the guest authorizes the generated image. Content is created by mutual agreement. Guests can remove an image anytime, and the AI has built-in safeguards to keep the experience enjoyable for everyone.

Do I need special equipment?

No. A link or printed QR Code is enough. A TV or screen showing the QR Code is optional and adds immersion.

Does it work for timed events?
