Picnjoy is an AI Photo Station rental service with an AI Photo Station experience for events. You book the equipment for a date, and your guests use the AI Photo Station kiosk to create and receive photos on their phones.
Booking is done through the website. You choose the plan (basic, standard or premium), the number of AI Photo Stations and the dates. Payment is securely processed by Stripe. We only confirm the booking after payment approval and contact with you to align event details.
The AI Photo Station must be used lawfully and with respect for others. Offensive, illegal content or content that violates third-party rights is not allowed. Picnjoy may terminate use in case of non-compliance, without refund.
For the AI Photo Station kiosk to work, the event venue must have power and stable Wi-Fi. It is the client's responsibility to ensure these conditions. If power or internet fails, the service may be interrupted and there will be no refund for downtime, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
In case of cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Refund conditions depend on the event date and will be informed at the time of request. Cancellations by Picnjoy (e.g. operational failure) may entitle you to a refund or rescheduling.
Picnjoy is responsible for delivery and operation of the AI Photo Station during the contracted period, as agreed. The client is responsible for use by guests and for the venue where the equipment will be placed. Damage caused by misuse or venue conditions may be the client's responsibility.
We may update these terms. The current version will always be on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use of the service after changes indicates that you accept the new terms.
