Picnjoy is an AI photo experience platform. Subscribers configure campaigns with visual themes, publish links or QR Codes, and visitors generate AI photos through a mobile browser experience.
Access to the platform is provided through subscription plans (Standard or Reseller). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Campaign capacity, features, and pricing depend on your selected plan.
The platform must be used lawfully and with respect for others. Offensive, illegal, or rights-violating content is not allowed. Picnjoy may suspend access in case of non-compliance.
Subscribers are responsible for configuring campaigns appropriately, informing participants about data use, and moderating public feeds. Visitors need a stable internet connection on their mobile device.
Cancellation and refund conditions depend on your plan and are communicated at the time of purchase or contract. Contact support@picnjoy.com for assistance.
Picnjoy is responsible for platform availability and AI generation infrastructure as agreed in your plan. Subscribers are responsible for campaign content, participant communication, and lawful use by their audience.
