Picnjoy is an AI Photo Station rental service for events. Guests take or upload photos at the AI Photo Station kiosk, the AI processes the images to produce the result (e.g. creative theme or event branding), and the guest gets the result on the spot, on their phone or on screen. We are not a social network or image bank: the focus is on the experience at the moment of the event.
To use the app and generate your images at the AI Photo Station, we only ask for your email — and we only store it if you choose to provide it. With the email, you access the app and can view and download the photos you create during the event. We also process data of whoever books the event (name, email, phone, payment) to complete the contract and process the charge.
The email you provide at the AI Photo Station is used for two things: (1) to grant you access to the image generation app — only then can we identify you and show your photos; and (2) to send Picnjoy news and promotions, if you opt in. We do not sell your email or share it with third parties for spam. You can ask to stop receiving our emails at any time.
Photos you generate at the event are available for you to access and download for up to 24 hours after the event ends. After that, we delete them from our systems — we do not keep copies. We do not build archives with your photos, use them to train AI or share them with anyone.
Photos and any guest personal data are not used to train artificial intelligence models (including image or language models). AI processing at the event uses tools that do not use your images for ongoing model learning. No guest personal data or images are incorporated into AI training datasets.
When you use the Picnjoy AI Photo Station and app to generate images, you accept this policy and the service terms of use. You agree to the use of your email and photos as described here. Everything we do with your data is described on this page.
By using the AI Photo Station and allowing photo capture or upload, you agree to the use of that image to generate and display the result at the event and for you to access and download during the following 24 hours. We do not commercialize your image. The event organizer is responsible for informing guests about the AI Photo Station.
For events where the client contracts themes or brand use (logo, visual identity), we apply those elements only in the context of the contracted event. We do not use the client's brand for other purposes or share it with third parties.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. We only use providers necessary for the service (e.g. cloud, payment), under contract and in compliance with the law. Your photos are not sent to anyone for AI training or advertising; after 24 hours they are deleted from our systems.
We protect your data with appropriate technical and organizational measures. Your email stays with us as long as you want to receive our communications (and you can request deletion at any time). Your photos are only available for up to 24 hours after the event and are then removed. Data of whoever books the event (client) is kept for as long as the law requires.
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion of your email or to stop receiving our emails. Photos are automatically deleted after 24 hours. For event bookers (clients), the same rights apply — contact us at the email below.
AI Photo Station use at events may involve minors. Supervision and parental consent are the responsibility of the event organizer. We do not request sensitive data for AI Photo Station use; if any sensitive data appears in the context of the event, we do not use it for purposes other than immediate processing and do not store it.
We may update this policy. The current version will be on this page with the date of the last update. Significant changes may be communicated by email or notice on the site when applicable.
