Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026. This policy explains how we handle photos and data in the Picnjoy platform.

1. What is Picnjoy

Picnjoy is an AI photo experience platform for brands, creators, events, and businesses. Campaign organizers configure visual themes and publish a link or QR Code. Visitors take a selfie and receive AI-generated images ready to download, share, or publish in a moderated feed. We are not a social network or image bank — the focus is on branded visual experiences at scale.

2. What data we process

To use a campaign and generate images, we may collect your email and optional contact details when lead capture is enabled. With your email, you access generated images and campaign features. We also process data of platform subscribers (name, email, payment) to provide the service and process billing.

3. Your email: what we use it for

The email you provide is used to: (1) grant access to image generation and show your photos; and (2) send Picnjoy news and promotions, if you opt in. We do not sell your email or share it with third parties for spam. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Your photos: how long we keep them

Photos you generate are available for download and access according to the campaign settings and retention policy configured by the campaign organizer. We do not build archives for commercial use, train AI on your images, or share them without consent.

5. We do not train AI on your images or personal data

Photos and personal data are not used to train artificial intelligence models. AI processing uses tools that do not incorporate your images into ongoing model learning.

6. By using the platform, you agree to this policy

When you use Picnjoy to generate images, you accept this policy and the terms of use. You agree to the use of your email and photos as described here.

7. Image rights and consent

By using Picnjoy and allowing photo capture, you agree to the use of that image to generate and display results. Publication in a public feed requires your explicit approval. The campaign organizer is responsible for informing participants about the experience.

8. Brand and visual identity

When a subscriber configures themes with brand elements (logo, visual identity), those elements are applied only within the context of that campaign. We do not use client brands for other purposes.

9. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. We only use providers necessary for the service (cloud, payment), under contract and in compliance with the law.

10. Security and retention

We protect your data with appropriate technical and organizational measures. Retention periods vary by data type and campaign configuration. Subscriber data is kept as long as required by law.

11. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, or opt out of marketing emails. Contact us at the email below to exercise your rights.

12. Minors and sensitive data

Campaign use may involve minors. Supervision and parental consent are the responsibility of the campaign organizer. We do not request sensitive data for image generation.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version will be on this page with the date of the last update.
