  • I've already booked. What's next?
    After payment, we'll contact you by email to confirm the date, venue and themes for your event. You'll receive all usage and logistics instructions.
  • Can I cancel or reschedule?
    See our Terms of Service for cancellation and rescheduling policies. If in doubt, email support@picnjoy.com before the event date.
  • Does the AI Photo Station work without internet?
    The AI Photo Station kiosk needs a stable connection so guests can access the app and receive photos on their phones. We recommend dedicated Wi-Fi or good 4G at the venue.
